We process this data to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors and to prevent and investigate misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner processes hosting data on our behalf. Log data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for these purposes, unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.
This website currently does not place any cookies. We do not use analytics or marketing services, social media plugins or externally embedded videos. Fonts and media are provided locally.

4. B2B contact data from other sources
For business development purposes, we may process professional contact details of company representatives received from their company, through referrals or from publicly accessible professional sources. This may include name, company, function, business contact details and business correspondence.
We process this data to assess, establish and maintain potential business relationships on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is targeted business communication. 5. Email and online meetings with Microsoft 365
For business email and scheduled online meetings, we use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, services provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Data processed may include your name, business contact details, account and device data, email, connection and meeting metadata, and any messages, conversation, chat or file content you provide.
We process this data for pre-contractual or contractual communications under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient business communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. A meeting is recorded only after prior notice and on a separate legal basis. According to the information displayed to us in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, customer data at rest for the core services we use is stored within the EU or EEA, or in Switzerland. Microsoft may use subprocessors. Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, this is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and contractually agreed safeguards.
7. Recipients and international contacts
Within BeGaMo GmbH, personal data is accessible only to those who need it for the respective purpose. Where necessary, we use carefully selected processors, in particular for hosting, IT and communication services. We otherwise disclose data only where this is necessary for a contractual relationship, required by law or based on your consent.
Contact with companies outside the European Economic Area may require a transfer to the relevant third country. Where required by the GDPR, we rely on an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or a statutory derogation under Article 49 GDPR.
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
